Beer Yeast

Using a premium dry beer yeast from Danstar or Fermentis will improve the flavor of your beer.  Choosing the right yeast depends on what type of beer you are brewing.

US-05 or Nottingham: Great for pretty much any type of ale.  (IPA's, Pale Ales, Blonde Ales etc)

S-04 or Windsor: Great for dark beers and english ales.  (Brown Ale, Stout, Porter etc)

WB-06 or Munich: Used for making wheat beers.

W-34/70:  Good for any type of Lager.
